Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

The Role
As a SEN Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. You will teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 students, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to ensure a high standard of education.
* Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing regular feedback.
* Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
* Creating and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
* Adhering to all school policies and procedures in line with our values.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
* Successful experience in SEN teaching.
* A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success.
Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
