What You’ll Be Owning
Think of this role like being at the heart of the mix: a balance of HR operations, employee experience, culture-building, and advisory support.
HR Partnering & Advisory
* Coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
* Guide on ER, performance, and conduct matters
* Help shape and refine HR policies
* Ensure fair, consistent, well-documented ER support
Employee Experience & Culture
* Drive engagement initiatives and action planning
* Champion wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion programs
* Explore feedback trends and contribute to cultural evolution
* Support communication around change and people initiatives
Performance, Learning & Development
* Help roll out performance frameworks
* Support managers with development plans
* Assist with identifying training needs and L&D activities
HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
* Keep everyday HR processes smooth, compliant, and efficient
* Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
* Support payroll, benefits admin, renewals, and employee enrolments
* Keep managers up to speed on employment law updates
Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Assist with HR system enhancements and policy refreshes
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
* Contribute to best-practice HR documentation
What You Bring to the Mix
* 3–5 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role
* Strong grounding in ER, performance, HR ops, and compliance
* Experience supporting UK teams (European exposure = bonus points)
* Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence
* Proactive, solutions-led approach
* CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable)
* And most importantly: a warm, collaborative, people-centric personality
