What we’re looking for?
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
* Welcoming customers into store
* Booking in eye tests
* Ensuring customers have a seamless journey in store
* Supporting call centre team
* Pre-screening patients
* Strong customer service skills
* Good telephone communication
* Confident team player
* Adaptable in fast paced environment
