About
RAFAKidz Cosford is a hugely popular nursery with a growing waiting list for families to join us. The setting has about 28 colleagues who support up to 98 children and 6 bespoke rooms (including a sensory room). Activities range from picnics and parties to outdoor learning in large outdoor areas, forest school, and a sensory garden. We provide experiences that help every child be confident and reach their full potential, regardless of ability or background.
About you
As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification, have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role, a minimum of 1 year’s nursery experience, and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Responsibilities
* Use the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational, and stimulating activities
* Update and maintain accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
* Hold designated key‑worker responsibilities for a group of children
* Work with SEN to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
Requirements
* Full Level 3 childcare qualification
* Minimum 1 year of nursery experience
* Paediatric First Aid certificate
* Eligibility for a satisfactory, enhanced DBS check on appointment and every three years thereafter
