This is a full-time role for a Bid Writer based in West Malling. Responsibilities: * Attend tender launch meetings (and review meetings as necessary) including leading discussion of quality requirements within these meetings. * Write and edit clear, high-quality content that reflects scoring criteria and client requirements * Work with estimators and planners to turn technical information into clear, client-focused responses * Responsible for the quality and presentation of the overall document, including layouts, graphics and logistics plans, in line with Interclass brand guidelines * Write and tailor CVs and case studies to suit each bid and client requirements * Ensure all bid submission deadlines are met and check and proof-read final copy prior to submission * Manage the production of presentations to support post tender interviews * Capture and share feedback from PQQs and tenders to sup...
