We are seeking for a People & Payroll Administrator with 1 -2 years experience of HR to join our established team. The Role: People Support Head of HR in any employee engagement activities Run and manage employee council Manage and help run socials Support and co-ordinate employee engagement initiatives and events Support all UK Questel employees HR HR Administration including management of employee files, making sure they’re up to date Assisting with amendments to HR templates and policies Assisting with GDPR activities Supporting benefit administration Monitor and track probationary periods and appraisals Payroll Process end-to-end payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain payroll records, employee data, and related documentation Collaborate with payroll provider and Finance teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits or internal reporting Join Equinox; part of Questel, a growing International Group, and live a great Human Adventure!
