We are currently looking to hire x2 mechanical bias and 2x electrical bias Key Responsibilities: * Design & planning: Create and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs, often using tools like AutoCAD or Revit. * Coordination: Work with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth integration of services. * Site supervision: Monitor installation and commissioning of systems on-site. * Compliance: Ensure designs and installations comply with building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability standards (like LEED or BREEAM). * Troubleshooting: Solve on-site issues and optimize system performance.
