Our Graduate Programme follows the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IChemE. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders. Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK programme also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate led European network for engineering graduates.


What do you bring?

* Hold an MEng or BEng (Hons) degree in a Chemical/Process Engineering Discipline.
* Can operate autonomously, taking responsibility at early stages and work effectively in diverse teams.
* Will share best practice and learnings with others to influence new ways of working and improve processes.
