As Fundraising & Events Manager, you will work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Director to build new income streams, develop compelling funding applications, and deliver high-impact fundraising events that bring HCPT's mission to life. We are looking for someone who is energised by growth; someone who sees a blank canvas as an opportunity, who thrives on building relationships, and who measures success by outcomes rather than activity. Attitude and ambition matter as much as experience here. We want someone who wants to be sector-leading, not just sector-present. In the early stages of this role, your focus will be predominantly business development and event cultivation. As income grows and the team expands, you'll help shape what a sector-leading fundraising function at HCPT looks like, and play a central role within it.
