Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It is policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but opportunities for fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) are available. We would love to hear from you.
The weeks availability windows indicate the periods you would be available to work. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks notice of shifts. We are happy to support flexibility; if your availability is close to, but not exactly, what is advertised, we would still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
* Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; deliver great natural service
* Be knowledgeable about products and services within the store
* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required
* Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly
* Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver store routines that meet customer needs
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere
* Be aware of store performance and contribute to service, sales, waste reduction and profitability
* Handle products with care to maintain quality
* Be yourself, uphold values, and follow policies
* May be required to accept deliveries into the store
