Monarch Education is looking for a caring, proactive and enthusiastic Additional Needs Learning Partner to join our fantastic partner schools across Faringdon. If you're passionate about helping children thrive-whether working 1:1 or supporting the class-this could be the perfect role for you!
About the Role
As an Additional Needs Learning Partner, you'll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs or learning delays. Every day is different, but your key responsibilities may include:

* Creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued
This is a rewarding role where you genuinely make a difference to children and their school experience.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a qualified teacher-what matters most is your passion, patience and willingness to support young learners. Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, youth work, care, voluntary roles all welcome)
* A calm, supportive and positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a genuine commitment to helping children succeed
If you have previous SEN experience, that's a bonus-but not essential.
