You’ll be working towards Level 1 of the Competency and Values Framework (CVF), which includes:

The Recruitment Journey

2. Online Assessments : Complete a Values & Behaviours Assessment and a Situational Judgment Test at your convenience within 7 days.
3. Interview : Meet current force representatives.
4. Pre-employment Checks : Vetting, medical, and references.
Note: You can only complete these assessments with one police force. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to wait 3 months before reapplying.
