Are you a recent graduate looking to build a meaningful career where you can combine property management with real social purpose?
We are offering a Graduate Trainee Housing Officer opportunity within our Home Turf Lettings service. This is a development role designed to give you hands‑on experience in tenancy and property management while supporting people to sustain safe and stable homes.
You will receive structured supervision, formal training, and a clear progression pathway into a Housing Officer role.
About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee Housing Officer, you will:
* Learn to manage a portfolio of tenancies and properties
* Support tenants to successfully sustain their tenancies
* Work with landlords and partner agencies
* Develop knowledge of housing law and tenancy management
* Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
* Support rent account monitoring and arrears management
* Promote independence and social inclusion
You will work alongside people who may be experiencing homelessness, substance misuse challenges, or other vulnerabilities. A person‑centred, non‑judgemental approach is essential.
