We’re working with a super successful consumer brand in the men’s personal care space, and they’re now looking for a Head of Ecommerce to help drive growth.
This is a hands‑on role with a mix of strategy and execution, focused on improving performance, customer experience, and localisation across key regions like the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and play a key role in scaling the international business.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning international DTC performance, combining strategy with hands‑on execution
* Tracking key metrics, spotting growth opportunities, and sharing insights with stakeholders
* Improving the customer journey through site optimisation, landing pages, and offers
* Supporting international product launches and marketing initiatives
* Driving localisation across content, pricing, and overall customer experience
* Partnering cross‑functionally (Growth, Merchandising, Lifecycle, Operations) to deliver growth and retention initiatives
About you
* Solid experience in eCommerce, DTC growth, or similar roles (CPG a plus)
* Sound understanding of Shopify and core eCommerce fundamentals
* Experience improving conversion and shaping customer journeys
* Data‑driven, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
* Hands‑on with tools like Shopify, GA4, and testing/optimisation platforms
* Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable owning work end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment
🏡 WFH policy: 3 days/week in their London office
