About the Role
We’re hiring a highly experienced Business Analyst to support the Defined Benefit portfolio of projects for our client a large financial business specialising in Retirement products.
• Experience within Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) products is essential
Skills, knowledge and expertise
The Business Analyst must possess a combination of analytical, creative, and communication skills, as well as a broad and deep expertise in analysis techniques, solution development, and project/change management. The ability to self-manage and work in a dynamic environment is also crucial, as is a results-driven mindset that considers risk and prioritises the delivery of value to stakeholders.
1. Strategic thinking: Ability to interpret complex goals and solutions, deliver on short-term commitments whilst considering the longer-term impacts.
2. Problem-solving: Expert at analysing, synthesising, and logically structuring information in a step-by-step way to identify trends and find solutions, particularly through use of collaboration tools.
