We're looking for a new Colleague Experience Coordinator to join our team acting as a Business Partner for Workplace Solutions (Facilities) to understand the workplace needs of departments across the Abri Group.
You'll be the friendly face colleagues turn to, the organiser behind memorable events, and the driving force that helps make every workday feel just a little brighter. You will also provide operational support and coordination, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Abri's Workplace Solutions team are committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues, ensuring our corporate buildings are safe, compliant and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.
With your proven customer service abilities and positive, proactive nature you'll play a key role in our Workplace Solutions team. You'll be responsible for all aspects of departmental hub space planning (desk allocations) and minor office moves. Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be working collaboratively with all stakeholders in understanding their requirements including liaison with key contacts, consideration of accessibility and inclusivity within the workplace, consideration of known future strategic developments, and ensuring the Abri Workplace standards and any Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
We're looking for someone who is proactive and approachable. Knowledge of facilities management or building operations is advantageous.
This role will be based in our Eastleigh office, but regular travel to all offices across Abri's geography will be expected.
