To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding stock processing, stockroom organization, and achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, ensuring performance targets are met.
* Work hands-on with operational activities, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create a motivating atmosphere to inspire your team to perform their best.
* Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuous improvement, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
* Ensure stock is available to customers promptly.
About You:
* You are passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring others and creating a positive team environment.
* You work well in results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging settings, adapting quickly to change.
* You are a great communicator, approachable, and calm under pressure.
* You can problem-solve, make sound decisions, and challenge processes innovatively.

* Experience with productivity targets is desirable but not essential.
