Key Responsibilities Identify and engage new clients across construction and civil engineering markets, both locally and internationally. Develop tailored business development strategies to drive sustainable growth and market expansion. Nurture and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven engagement. Liaise with internal departments (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless service offering aligned with client needs. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the business. Assist in creating tailored quotations and documentation with support from the wider team. Essential Skills and Qualifications Demonstrable experience in business development, ideally within construction, engineering, or technical sectors. Sharp business insight with a strategic, solution-focused approach to sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confident working independently while also contributing to team success. Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office tools. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and project development.
