About the Role We are recruiting for a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager at our Nottingham Pizza Factory. This is a role where you will take full ownership of the L&D agenda - ensuring the site remains safe and compliant, while also driving people development forward. You'll have the opportunity to relaunch and reshape management and leadership programmes, design and deliver new training initiatives, and truly put your own stamp on how learning is delivered. You'll also benefit from being part of a collaborative L&D community across the group. Key Responsibilities Lead the full L&D agenda across the Nottingham site, ensuring compliance and driving people development. * Manage and develop a team of 4 * Relaunch existing management and leadership programmes, tailoring them to meet site requirements. * Design and implement training programmes to support both factory operations and management development. * Partner with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business needs. * Collaborate with the wider group L&D community to share best practice. About You You will be a confident a L&D professional who can balance compliance training with leadership development. This role requires someone proactive, hands-on, and able to engage colleagues at every level. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience managing and developing teams. * Strong background in Learning & Development, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in training programme design and delivery. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
