Who we are looking for

Global Delivery Custody is forming a central support team for the Payments, Cash, and Custody ("PCC") strategic development program. This team is part of PCC, a multi-year effort to modernize and simplify State Street's core custody technology platforms. The program involves collaboration across Global Delivery, Product, and Technology, with integrated planning and decision-making. Key outcomes include ensuring STT meets regulatory and market processing requirements, fulfilling current client demands, and creating a world-class, competitive Custody product offering.

As part of the Transact value stream, the candidate will support impact analysis, business requirements, pre-production planning and execution, migration planning, and operational readiness to achieve business outcomes.

Why this role is important to us

Over the next 3-5 years, State Street will deploy a next-generation platform infrastructure that will form the foundation of our custody operating model, aiming to improve service delivery, quality, resiliency, and productivity. The Transact project will modernize Payments, Cash, and Custody services by replacing IBS/Hogan DDA infrastructure with the Temenos Transact platform.

What you will be responsible for

* Ensure accurate tracking of workstream status, including risks, issues, milestones, and benefits
* Schedule and facilitate meetings, including documentation such as agendas, minutes, and RAID logs
* Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and document findings like gap analysis, business requirements, and process maps
* Support BUAT and Pre-Production activities to ensure data integrity and operational requirements are tested and adopted
* Assist with operational readiness tasks such as user ID management, procedures, training, and controls
* Develop and execute migration plans, tracking issues and remediation efforts
* Identify and mitigate risks through problem-solving and effective communication

Education & Preferred Qualifications

* 3-5 years of operational or project experience (preferred)
* Knowledge of Cash, Payment, or Banking Platforms (preferred but not required)

Additional requirements

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Project management or business analysis skills are a plus
