Overview
Service Engineer (Calibration/Installation) – £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Company Van + 33 Days Holiday + 11% Pension + Training + Progression. Location: Huddersfield (Covering M62 Corridor).
Are you a Service or Installation Engineer with a Calibration background looking to join an international business offering stability, excellent benefits and door-to-door pay? Do you want a role that lets you plan your own schedule and work autonomously across the M62 corridor?
This role involves calibrating Materials Testing and Simulation technology. You will cover an M62 patch, visiting manufacturers, R&D sites and laboratories to calibrate to ISO17025 standards. Specialist manufacturer training and career development opportunities are available for ambitious candidates. The company is a market-leading manufacturer of Materials Testing and Simulation equipment with a global footprint, aiming to expand its Northern England market share.
This position would suit a Service or Installation Engineer with calibration knowledge who wants to join a global business offering stability, autonomy, progression and strong benefits.
Responsibilities
* Calibrating bespoke Test Equipment at customer sites.
* Calibrating equipment to test Impact, Hardness, Tensile, Flexural, Creep and Fatigue parameters.
* Progression to become a fully autonomous Field Service Engineer.
* All expenses and travel paid.
* Company vehicle provided for private use.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Service, Installation or similar Engineer background.
* Calibration knowledge.
* UK Driving Licence.
