Who we’re looking for We’re looking for people who are calm, caring and genuinely enjoy supporting young people. You might be: • Someone with experience in youth work, support work or care • A sports coach who connects well with young people • A graduate exploring a future in teaching • Or simply someone patient, reliable and good with people If you can build trust, stay steady under pressure, and show kindness when it matters most, you’ll do well in this role.
