A countryside hospitality destination is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting a collaborative culinary environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepares and presents dishes to high standards
* Supervises and supports junior kitchen staff
* Maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization
* Contributes to seasonal and innovative menu development
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong culinary skills and food safety knowledge
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* Passion for quality and teamwork
