Your new role
Working closely with the board and overseeing corporateernance andpliance. Ensuring efficient Board andmittee operations and leading a team ofernance professionals whilst managing theernance budget. Short term interim opportunity with an immediate start date. You will be working with a fantastic, collaborative team.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge ofernance best practice and regulatory frameworks. Experience advising boards and senior leadership inplex organisations. Previous non-for profit experience with proven leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills. You will need the ability to manage change, prioritise strategic objectives, andmunicateplex issues clearly.
