The Opportunity This is more than just a job; it's a mission. As Framework Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a surge in opportunities and growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Bids, you will lead on all framework bids and renewals, governance, and management - building strong relationships with Framework Owners and Primes. You'll manage the capture of incoming call-off opportunities, lead the triage process, and develop proposals that deliver sustainable growth and business performance. You'll join an established, collaborative business development team at a time of unprecedented growth. What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for frameworks, liaising with internal teams and contracting bodies. Own and maintain Framework Management Plans, ensuring regular engagement with stakeholders. Attend supplier engagement activities, conferences, and working groups to strengthen relationships. Work closely with BD & Capture teams to organise presentations and demos for future opportunities. Promote frameworks as a route to market for customers and manage governance of all current frameworks. Lead scheduling and facilitation of bid meetings, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of tenders. What We're Looking For Essential: Experience in formal tendering processes and procurement portals (e.g., Award, Bravo). Proven ability to produce clear, concise bid documentation and progress reporting. Strong leadership and people management experience. Desired: Previous experience in commercial or government work.
