Gym Instructor - Atrium Fitness - Ely, Cambridgeshire Pay: From £22,222.00 per year We are looking for a friendly, reliable gym instructor to join the team at Atrium Fitness. This is a hands on, gym floor based role in a light, welcoming and well-established club. You’ll be supporting members, maintaining high standards across the gym, and being a positive, approachable presence throughout the club. Key responsibilities: Supporting members on the gym floor Ensuring the gym remains clean, safe and welcoming Assisting members with confidence and basic guidance General day-to-day operational support Carrying out duties within female changing areas About you: Friendly, confident and approachable Reliable and professional Qualified gym instructor or working towards a recognised qualification Comfortable working directly with members on the gym floor Important information: Due to duties within female changing areas, this role is restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Paragraph 1).
