We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Transport team at Greggs and really help to shape an exciting and dynamic department.

About the role

12. This is a part-time role (25 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
13. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
14. The base location for this role is Gosforth Park Bakery

What you'll do

As Transport Administrator you’ll:

15. Work closely with the Transport leadership team
16. Have excellent IT literacy
17. Provide admin support to maintain Operator licence compliance
18. Raise and manage all purchase orders for the department
19. Liaise with Transport leadership team to log driver and retail issues
20. Understand and update department KPIs

About you

21. You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels

22. A proven ability to provide excellence in customer service

23. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

24. Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

25. Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

26. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

27. Strong administrative and organisational skills

28. Multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

29. IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

30. Strong numerical and analytical skills

31. You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

32. Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
