Guardian Electrical Compliance — part of the award-winning Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) — are building a department in Sheffield and are looking for a confident, organised Quotes Coordinator to join us.
This is a busy, structured admin role with real long-term security, clear processes and the chance to help shape how the team develops as we continue to grow.
The role
Working within our Surge Protection Sales Generation team, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate quotations for electrical remedial repairs and planned maintenance works following inspections completed by our field engineers.
You’ll review engineer reports, check for errors, transfer information between systems and produce clear, professional quotations for customers. Once issued, you’ll also follow up to secure authorisation so works can begin.
You can expect to complete between 20–40 quotations per day, so organisation, accuracy and confidence using systems are key.
This is a new and evolving team, meaning there’s real opportunity to bring ideas, suggest improvements and help shape efficient processes as we grow.
What you’ll be doing
* Reviewing engineer reports and repair recommendations
* Checking information for accuracy and completeness
* Transferring data between internal systems
* Producing accurate repair and maintenance costings
* Issuing quotations to customers in a professional format
* Uploading documents to portals and internal systems
* Contacting customers by phone and email to follow up quotations
* Supporting process improvements as the team develops
What we’re looking for
* Previous administration and customer service experience (essential)
* Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident and professional communication over phone and email
* Organised and able to manage a busy workload
* A proactive mindset — happy to suggest improvements and new ideas
Electrical knowledge isn’t required — full training will be provided.

You’ll be based in an open-plan office on the outskirts of Sheffield, working as part of a supportive team of eight. It’s a busy but friendly environment where everyone works together to keep things moving.
