The Role To manage our dedicated solar PV installers, ensuring nationwide panel installations are completed to the high standard we expect.
You'll also oversee solar PV second fixes in areas beyond the reach of our typical geographical coverage for electrical works.
Responsibilities Management of the PV installation teams, including recruitment, performance management and on-the-job guidance.
Training team members in our installation methods and quality expectations and on new products as required.
Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained by the PV installation teams at all times.
Collaborating with our scheduling team as required to ensure our solar PV installations operate effectively and we maintain a productive, motivated workforce.
Attending pre-start meetings.
Providing on-site technical support when required.
Conducting on-site quality audits.
