Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching across KS3–KS5
• Create bespoke learning plans tailored to individual strengths and needs
• Work closely with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure holistic development
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes independence and emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to curriculum planning and whole-school initiatives
