The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Berkeley, MO.
Join our team as an Industrial Security Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting new activities within the Air Dominance program. In this exciting position, you will be part of a large security team dedicated to ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations as we embark on innovative projects.

Position Responsibilities:
* Assists or conducts with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
* Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
* Assists or conducts with Administrative Inquiries (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
* Assists or conducts with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (to include inventory, distribution and destruction)
* Assists or conducts in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
* Develops, implements and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs
* Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses
* Assists or conducts in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information
* Assists or conducts in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities (e.g., complete fixed/closed facility checklists/survey areas, review and approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements
* Assists or conducts in sub-contractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
* 1+ years of experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM), NISP and Special Access programs
* 1+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
* 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3+ years of experience with DoD Manual 5205.07

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate: $65,450 – $88,550
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $78,200 – $105,800
