Salary - £28,000 per annum
Hours – Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5PM

An established and expanding professional services business is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Relationship & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client communication with operational coordination and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage incoming enquiries and oversee day-to-day client communications.
Prepare accurate and tailored quotations based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
Proactively follow up with clients to support engagement and conversion.
Coordinate internal workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation using Microsoft Office.
Liaise with internal departments, including technical and finance teams, to ensure a seamless client experience.The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
Experienced in client services, account coordination, or customer relationship management.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Detail-oriented and confident working with technical documentation and drawings.
A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Collaborative in approach, with a positive and solutions-focused mindset.This position would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to be part of a growing and ambitious business.
