Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a welcoming primary SEN school in Barking and Dagenham.
The school supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists
* Monitor progress using EHCP targets
Requirements:
* QTS or equivalent
* Experience working within SEN (ASD experience highly desirable)
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
