Role Purpose
Spirit are looking for a Project Controller to Control Project Management activity within the Project including the generation and maintenance of project programmes /schedules.

This opportunity, based at our Prestwick site offers:
· 37 hour working week (half day Friday)

Responsibilities
4. Develop and maintain accurate Development and / or Production Schedules and produce effective Resource Plans to support projects.
5. Support the introduction and maintenance of Project Management Best Practices across the project.
6. Control internal Contract Review process for the Project co-ordinating data from the different functions, organising the pre-review and review meetings, ensure actions are discharged, maintain the documentation and publish the reports.
7. Support Risk Management activities including organising meetings, maintaining the risk matrix and reporting the risk and mitigation status to the Functional / Project Managers.
8. Assist the Functional Managers / Project Manager to create, and control the configuration of, all Project and functional level plans and activities during the non-recurring phase of new projects and major changes to existing projects.
9. Assist the Functional Managers /Project Manager in the development, reporting and ongoing review of appropriate performance metrics. Ensure accurate reporting through the maintenance of topical KPIs.
10. Maintain Customer reports and presentations including the co-ordination of information for major programme and plan reviews.
11. Be the Project point of contact with Finance and Commercial to allow them to report, monitor and control spend against Project budgets.
12. Facilitate & Chair regular Improvement / Change Board Reviews to drive activities.
