Salary: £27,300 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
The Role
Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and strong leadership skills? We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead our small but hardworking Housekeeping Team across both The Spa at Breedon Priory and Breedon Priory Health Club.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring our guests enjoy a first-class experience in our award-winning facilities. This role is ideal for someone with housekeeping experience who is ready to take the next step into team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations across both the Spa and Health Club
* Lead, train, and motivate a small team of housekeepers
* Organise staff rotas, ensuring effective cover for sickness and holidays
* Carry out checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
* Maintain the exceptional standards for hygiene of the spa and gym facilities to support the company standards
* Replenish supplies and hygienically clean equipment and thermal areas
* Ensure COSHH regulations are adhered to at all times
* Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and cover shifts
Requirements
* Previous housekeeping experience (hospitality/leisure environment preferred)
* Supervisory or leadership experience desirable
* Flexibility with hours (including evenings and weekends)
* Ability to work as part of a team while managing others
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* Reliable transport and ability to commute to our locations
Shift Pattern
* Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
* Flexibility required to cover evenings, weekends, sickness, and holiday cover
Work Location
In person, across The Spa at Breedon Priory and Breedon Priory Health Club.
