Mental Health Practitioner - LADS at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
About the role
As a Mental Health Practitioner in the Liaison and Diversion (LADS) team, you will work with individuals appearing at Somerset's criminal courts and those detained in police custody at Bridgwater Police Centre. Your mission is to identify mental health and other vulnerabilities early and connect individuals to the right services to support their well‑being.
