Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Ilford for a Car Sales Advisor. The Car Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and used vehicles, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting available options, conducting test drives, handling negotiations, and processing paperwork. The advisor will also be involved in aftersales support and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in sales and training
* Ability to work on‑site in Ilford and assist customers directly
* Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
* Previous experience in the automotive industry
