Job Title: Property Management
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 basic
Location: White City - in person 4/5 days
Our client is looking to appoint a permanent Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of PBSA high-rise residential buildings. This is a senior appointment focussing on the management of facilities, cost, maintenance and other building related matters.
The Role
This position will be responsible to lead a team in managing the overall operations of a portfolio of properties, enhancing the value of the properties through well maintained and efficiently run facilities through effective cost management.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and budgeting for property operations and maintenance.
* Help monitor and review property management policies and procedures.
* Coordinate cyclical repairs, improvement works, and minor projects under guidance.
* Support security management and liaise with contractors providing services at the properties.
* Act as a point of contact for tenants and help resolve issues in coordination with the team.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in safety-related matters.
* Help prepare reports and support audits and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
* Qualification in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
* Basic knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to be ready 24/7 and to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent team player with excellent planning, communication and good interpersonal skills are essential.
* Possesses project management capabilities and solid financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
