We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing UK Inbound DMC for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to focus on Spanish‑speaking groups markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with strong B2B relationships across Spain and wider Spanish‑speaking regions, promoting and selling group travel programmes to the UK & Ireland.
Business Development Manager / Account Manager Role
* Develop and grow B2B partnerships with travel agents and tour operators across Spanish‑speaking markets
* Promote UK & Ireland group travel programmes
* Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
* Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
* Work closely with operations and product teams to create competitive group itineraries
Business Development Manager / Account Manager Experience
* Previous experience within UK Inbound Groups, DMC, or Group Travel sales essential
* Strong existing contacts with B2B agents/tour operators in Spanish‑speaking regions
* Fluent Spanish and English
* Commercially driven with strong relationship‑building skills
* Ability to work independently and grow a market strategically
* Additional experience within LATAM markets would be highly advantageous
