Our retail department continues to go from strength to strength and we are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join the Retail Travel Sales team in our Eastbourne Branch as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will have proven organisational skills, be adaptable and have the ability to lead and develop people with a positive and motivational leadership style. As the successful candidate you will generate sales of all Retail Travel products to our ever-growing list of clients providing a specialised travel service that's tailor-made to customer's requirements while supporting the Branch Manager in leading and mentoring the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties will include: Coaching staff to help maximise their potential Offering the customer a high level of customer care - adhering to service standards Meeting branch and individual sales targets Contributing to team discussions and presenting new ideas to improve sales To assist with arranging events and customer evening General office administration. We are open to Full-Time applications (35 Hours Per Week) and Part-Time applications (28 Hours Per Week) Saturday work would be required on a rota basis and Sunday work would occasionally be required. This position would be based at our Eastbourne retail branch (Unit 45 The Beacon, Eastbourne, BN21 3NW.)
