About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in the SEN/SEMH unit, you will be working with students who have a variety of additional learning needs, including SEN and SEMH. You will support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning experiences, manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner, and help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. You will be working alongside a passionate team of educators and specialists, contributing to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and helping students to achieve personal and academic success.
