I am a coaching psychologist which means that I offer a broad, evidence-based, theoretical approach underpinned by a comprehensive body of knowledge. I’m a coaching psychologist based in Edinburgh. I work with a small number of high-performing individuals navigating growth, pressure, or psychological inflection points — professionally or personally.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology and performance. I support clients facing:

I offer a discreet, highly bespoke coaching service — sometimes through monthly engagements, or intensive on-call days. This is not therapy, but a strategic psychological partnership.

This work is not for everyone, as I work with a small number of clients. I will be honest with you in our brief intro call about whether I’m the right person for the job.
