Position Summary
Working within the FoE Fleet Tender team within Ford of Europe the main purpose of this role is to coordinate information from various departments within our client for vehicle sales tenders across Europe and preparation of the International Framework Agreement document.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive tender and request for proposals from Account Managers, sales centres and leasing companies across Europe
* Gather and consolidate information from Account Managers and relevant departments, such as internal pricing, warranty and maintenance, environment and CO2, safety etc. to prepare and compile tenders
* Product pricing and specification analysis
* Handle online/portal submission of tenders
* Prepare international framework agreement and amendment documents
* Create presentations for the use of Account Managers and tender responses
* Global database and account reporting development and maintenance
* Manage and maintain the tender library
* Maintain and update tender tracker
* Manage tender inbox
* Coordinate agreement signature and retention
* Compile market notes for signed agreements
* Assist in the production of reports for the Fleet and Rental Manager
Technical Skills
* Experience of tenders, ideally within the automotive industry
* Experience of agreement drafting preferred
* Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Proven analytical skills
* Finance and numeracy skills
* Ability to handle large amounts of data
* Ability to interpret data from various sources and produce reports
Education and Qualifications
* Educated to A-Level Standard or relevant experience as stated below
