Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law

* Mergers and acquisitions
* Business and share sales and acquisitions
* Corporate restructuring and governance
* Commercial contracts and trading agreements
* Shareholder and investment agreements
* Strategic business advisory work
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
* Help shape the direction of the corporate department

Your Profile
\n
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
* Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
* Typically 3+ PQE+
* Looking for a long-term platform

Location
Based in Exeter with hybrid working. Suitable for candidates in Devon or those relocating to the South West seeking better work-life balance without sacrificing career progression. This could also be Taunton based
