About the Role Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has 1 or more vacancies for motivated and committed individuals at Station Manager level. You will need to be an exceptional values-based leader with the vision to drive the Service forward on its improvement journey. The skills and requirements of the role include a commitment to our values and behaviours and empowering and enabling leadership. We may also require you to be on our operational command rota and be able to resolve operational incidents at a tactical level (Level 2 Incident Command). Officers must be available to attend Warwickshire incidents and be no further than 10 minutes from the County boundary when on duty.
