Autism Practitioner (Support Workers) – Tayside, Errol Service at ECH & Abogados Asociados.
Location: Tayside Area Services Errol Service, PH2 postcode.
Employment Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, small flexible contracts, waking night shifts.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Scale: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to £13.30 at your own pace. Sleepover Rate: £100.80.
Enhanced Waking Night Rate: Starting at £13.12 per hour, rising to £13.29 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to £14.00 at your own pace.
Scottish Autism covers PVG membership and SSSC registration costs for employees. All new employees must register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months of starting and be registered within 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Continually develop and implement personalised support plans for the supported person.
* Build positive relationships with the supported person.
* Work in partnership with the supported person, their family, support network and health professionals.
* Co‑operate with stakeholders to ensure the person's life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their mineração support bë a plan.
Day‑to‑day Activities
* Facilitate informed choices using preferred communication methods.
* Take part in chosen activities such as local events, shopping, holiday trips, and general community engagement.
* Complete essential household management tasks, including paying bills and supporting decision‑making.
* Support independent living, including various life skills andುಂಬ personal care as required إطلاق.
Qualifications and Preferences
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. Drivers help offer more opportunities for supported individuals to engage in their communities.
Experience or interest in supporting autistic individuals and promoting community participation is valued.
