Customer Support Centre Operative
Location: Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: up to £25,484 pa

We’re currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.
As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. You will answer telephone calls from internal/external customers, contractors, suppliers, and other Apleona sections, as well as record work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. Additionally, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and perform various administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, including call handling
* Proficiency in using computers, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with Navision is desirable
* Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
