Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of strategies to support lead generation, nurturing and conversion across the marketing funnel to increase conversion. Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of digital marketing data, implementing best practices for data management to improve attribution across earned, paid and owned channels. Develop the framework, governance and controls to ensure data collection operates against relevant regulatory frameworks, working closely with our Privacy and Data Architecture teams. Be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing data to drive improvements and optimise performance through testing frameworks. Develop and agree with Marketing leadership the key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing and strategies. Lead and mentor a team of digital analysts and data executives, fostering a data-led, collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise digital marketing efforts and campaign spend. Develop and present comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders, using data visualisation tools. Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Exceptionally strong with technical knowledge across marketing data platforms, with the ability to interface with data architects, engineers and scientists. In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of analysts. Experience with data management tools including Adobe (Analytics), Google (Analytics), Social (Hootsuite, Brandwatch) or similar platforms. Experience with MarTech & Data Platforms, including implementation, integration, and optimisation of CDPs, CRM systems, analytics tools, tag management, and marketing automation platforms. Experience with strategies on building First-Party solutions and audience strategies, including integration across media platforms and CRM Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and actions. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical interpretation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-driven marketing models. Strong understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, FCA) and first-party data strategies. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field. At least 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing or data analysis, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior or managerial role. Demonstrated success in managing digital performance and driving data-driven marketing strategies.
