Summer Placement - Geotechnical Engineering
Join our Ground Engineering team for an 8‑week placement at Buro Happold in Bath. You’ll be involved from the first appraisal of a site through to the completion of construction, working on geotechnical design for buildings and civil structures, and addressing geological and contaminated land issues.
Responsibilities
* Take part in ground engineering from early project stages to construction.
* Support geotechnical design across a range of civil and building projects.
* Analyse geological settings and investigate contaminated land.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK, US, and Middle East.
Qualifications
* Currently studying or holding a degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or Geology.
* Passionate about engineering and making a difference.
