An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services team; we are looking for a candidate that has experience within Financial Services and Investments who has meticulous attention to detail with experience in processing Life and Wealth business.
You will be handling the day-to-day administration of life and Wealth policies. You will be dealing with various services within the Life & Wealth Team including enquiries from customers and financial advisors.
* Responding to customer enquires in writing or by email
* Using computer systems to check and update records
* Handling all aspects of customer enquiries including providing customers with policy information, processing payments out, updating customer records accurately, etc
* Producing timelines and case investigation notes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Attention to detail with ability to complete work to a high standard.
* Effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
